1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, BistroScout ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

BistroScout provides restaurant recommendations and related services. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The data provided is for informational purposes only and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BistroScout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the new terms on this site.
