We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. If your issue is urgent, please include "URGENT" in the subject line of your email.

Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page in the app. Look for the Delete Account option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I manage my subscription?

Visit Settings → Billing in the app to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
